Mike "Beezy" Hairston
North Little Rock, AR
The company was founded on July 23, 2013, as Messages From Beezy, by Mike Hairston. Mike earned his nickname Beezy while attending Episcopal Collegiate School (2009-2012) in Little Rock, AR for High School. He was an athlete who elected to make moves on the basketball and also hit off in baseball. Mike was a popular person at his High School and the student section began bringing written signs to the games that read, “It ain’t easy, bein Mike Beezy” since he made his basketball moves look really smooth. From there he earned numerous awards in both basketball and baseball which lead him to attend the University of Arkansas (2013) where he made a little noise with Coach Mike Anderson for the Arkansas Razorbacks. He carried the name Beezy and his peers made it known that they knew Mike Beezy. Mike graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Mass Communication and a minor in Business, Marketing & Logistics.
In 2013, after Mike Beezy finished his freshman year at the University of Arkansas, he began wondering what his true purpose was in life. As a young 19-year-old, you begin to question a lot of decisions you make, and his future was one of them. Mike always grew up with Jesus in his heart from his wonderful and loving parents. He attended St. Mark Baptist Church every Sunday at 8:00 with his parents listening to the word of God. He always believed in God, but it was not until he was in college that he really needed Jesus the most. Following his freshman year, he had his encounter with God and the Summer of July 2013 is where it all began.
Mike fell to his hands and knees bedside in North Little Rock, AR and began to cry to Jesus about what his true purpose was. God whispered in his ear and said, go to the bathroom and tell me what the picture frame says. In the bathroom was a scripture that read, “All things are possible, if you believe” – Mark 9:23. That is when it finally hit Mike, it was time to inspire the world. Motivating and inspiring on and off the court/field was his best attribute. God answered that prayer he was needing answered.
The brand began as a motivational blog named Messages From Beezy in-which Mike wrote about certain scriptures he enjoyed. The blog had tremendous traction and people started following the messages he was posting. God had another encounter with Mike but this time He told him that if he was to put the verse Mark 9:23 on a wristband, Mike’s life would change drastically. He said it would not be easy, but it will be a fruitful life if He endured the process.
Mike took the next step and had wristbands produced. The first batch of 200 wristbands sold out within the wo weeks and the support was incredible for the brand. The amount of support lead to multiple schools in the Little Rock, AR metropolitan area to put orders in. Schools such as: Episcopal Collegiate School, Parkview High School, Little Rock Central High School, Arkansas Baptist Preparatory School, Pulaski Academy and Little Rock Christian Academy just to name a few.
To this date, The Beezy Brand, Inc. has distributed over 40,000 wristbands all across the United States of America and counties like Puerto Rico, Denmark, Mexico, Colombia, Saudi Arabia & Israel just to name a few.

DAVYON MCKINNEY
Forrest City, AR
In 2018, Mike Beezy took the brand to the next level by bringing in a dear friend, Davyon McKinney, to be alongside him as a Vice President of the brand. Davyon, is from Forrest City, Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas. Davyon also played football for the Razorbacks for four years. Mike and Davyon have been good friends since college. After noticing the grind and the power behind the message of believing, Davyon reconnected with Mike after playing professional football overseas. During his experience overseas, Davyon noticed the power of God and how He works in many ways. Joining this Brand made Davyon open up and focus on spreading the word and motivation to others that need it. Believing was such a big thing to Davyon, so he wanted to spread it to everyone him and Beezy could touch.
CLAY CUNNINGHAM
Little Rock, AR
Clay Cunningham was a student at the same high school Mike attended. The two shared a broadcast journalism class together. It was there that Clay found his passion for being behind the camera. He went on to study journalism in college but wanted to showcase his creativity. Sitting behind the camera in the school’s television news station did not give him the freedom nor the creativity to express himself behind the camera. He went on to do some freelance video work. It was during his time at the University of Arkansas that he met his business partner.
DELANEY OSBOURN
Fayetteville, AR
Delaney Osbourn was a student when she met Clay. She had known Mike as well from a previous job they both worked together. Mike always said he wanted her to get involved with the movement in some way, but she never had the chance until her and Clay got their production company going. Delaney, who has a knack for photography and story-telling, was a perfect fit for Clay who was video minded and had a knack for being creative. The two formed Identity Productions and from there teamed up with Mike and Davyon to help the Brand flourish when it came to the aspects of media.
